How to: Add fields to the query design grid.
Solution:
Place the cursor in the 'Field' column, then select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Column' and choose a field from the drop-down list.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window
2) Click the 'Queries' tab in the Database window.

3) Click 'Design'. (The query opens in the query design window.)
4) Place the cursor in the 'Field' column.

5) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Column'. (A blank column appears in the grid.)
6) To add the desired fields:
a) Click in the 'Field' column. (A down arrow appears.)
b) Click on the arrow. (A drop-down list appears.)
c) Select the desired field name from the drop-down list.
